What type of opportunities or roles do you recruit for?
We recruit for any opportunities that our clients request, however we do not pursue roles for or opportunities for doctors or nurses.
What types of companies do you recruit for?
We will recruit for nearly any organization that is a cultural fit for us. We specialize in small to mid-size organizations in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, however we are capable of nationwide recruiting.
Are you a temp agency?
We offer project-based “gigs,” temporary placement assignments as well as direct hire and contract-to-hire at our clients.
What is the best resume format?
A Word document is the best format for our application tracking system (it’s also easier for us to read).
What is the recruitment process?
Typically a candidate sends us a resume and we schedule a phone interview to learn more about them and what they’re looking for. Oftentimes we coach them on things, like keywords, that they may want to add or superfluous items they may want to delete from their resume. We then present them with opportunities we feel may be of interest to them and solicit their approval to proceed.
